Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your RayRay Clothing items! If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving it, except for Final Sale items, which can only be returned if faulty. We offer two return options: a refund with a 10% handling fee deducted or an exchange, subject to availability based on stock, style, or sizing constraints. For exchange inquiries, please contact us via email.

For a return, please ensure your item:

• Is sent back within 14 days of delivery.
• Remains unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached, particularly taking care to maintain the integrity of delicate smocking or hand-stitched details.
• Retains any protective coverings if provided.
• Is free from odors, stains, or alterations that would prevent its resale.
• Is packaged carefully to avoid damaging the smocking or hand-stitched elements during transit.

If you've received a faulty or incorrect smocked or hand-stitched item, we're dedicated to addressing these issues promptly. 

How to return your items:

• Return your parcel: Upon receiving return instructions via email, follow the provided guidelines for packaging and addressing your parcel.
• Processing your return: Once we've received and inspected the returned item(s), we'll process your refund (minus a 10% handling fee) within 3-7 business days. You'll receive an email notification once the process is complete.

Faulty/Incorrect Items:

For faulty or incorrect items, ensure the return adheres to the outlined criteria. Initiate the return via email within 14 days of receipt. Provide photos and a description of the fault in your email to hello.rayray@outlook.com. We'll review your request within 3-5 business days and provide instructions for the next steps.

If unable to replace a faulty item due to stock unavailability, we'll offer a full refund instead. Faulty items must result from manufacturing defects. Those damaged due to improper care or wear, such as makeup stains, won't be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.

All RayRay Clothing pieces, especially those with delicate smocking or hand-stitched details, require special care to maintain their quality. For smocked dresses and items with intricate hand-stitched details, we recommend the following care instructions:

• Handwashing: Please handwash these items with cold water using a gentle or delicate detergent.
• Avoiding the Dryer: To maintain the quality of delicate smocking or hand-stitched elements, it's advisable to avoid using the dryer. Instead, air dry these garments by laying them flat on a towel or drying rack.
• Gentle Handling: Handle these pieces with care to preserve the intricate details, avoiding rough scrubbing or twisting during washing.

Following these care instructions will help ensure the longevity and beauty of your smocked dresses, smocked rompers or any garments with delicate hand-stitched elements. Please note that improper care might affect the quality of these detailed pieces.
